They are a fast-growing, creatively driven digital and brand agency partnering with some of the most exciting emerging and established brands. They specialize in building breakthrough visual identities, immersive digital campaigns, and social-first content that connects deeply with culture. About The Role Senior Art Director who possesses an impeccable eye for design, a sharp strategic mind, and a hands-on passion for crafting world-class visual content. In this role, you will lead the conceptual and visual development of multi-channel campaigns, branding systems, digital experiences, and high-impact content across platforms. You will partner closely with copywriters, strategists, and producers to bring big ideas to life, guiding projects seamlessly from initial moodboards to final polish. This isn't just a traditional oversight role—we are looking for someone who loves being in the design details, can mentor junior talent, and knows how to pitch bold ideas with confidence to clients. What You’ll Do Creative Concepting & Execution Translate high-level strategic briefs and campaign concepts into stunning, platform-native visual systems.Lead the art direction for branding, digital campaigns, social content, experiential activations, and collateral.Produce top-tier design work, mockups, storyboards, and presentation decks that wow both internal teams and clients. Visual Leadership & Standards Elevate the overall creative bar of the agency by establishing fresh design trends, aesthetic directions, and innovative visual solutions.Maintain brand consistency across a diverse portfolio of clients while pushing creative boundaries.Stay ahead of emerging design trends, cultural movements, and digital tools to keep our work fresh and relevant. Collaboration & Direction Partner hand-in-hand with Copywriters and Creative Directors to form powerhouse creative teams.Direct photographers, videographers, motion designers, and freelance creators during production and post-production.Present concepts, design rationale, and final assets clearly and persuasively to clients. Mentorship & Process Provide constructive feedback and creative guidance to junior and mid-level designers.Streamline design workflows and collaborate with production teams to ensure realistic timelines and flawless execution. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years of art direction experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or in-house creative team. Portfolio: A stellar portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, typography, layout, conceptual thinking, and a strong track record across digital and brand design. Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere is a huge plus) and modern design tools (Figma). Storytelling: Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate why a design decision works and how it serves the broader strategy. Adaptability: A proactive, self-starter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handles feedback with grace. Cultural Awareness: A deep appreciation for art, design, pop culture, and emerging digital trends.
