Senior Architectural Design Lead, Integrated Design Solutions
Key job responsibilities
You'll own end-to-end composite delivery, integrating architectural drawings with MHE layouts and operational requirements. Lead clash detection, establish BIM standards, and ensure construction-ready designs meet launch timelines. Manage design resources across concurrent projects while serving as primary interface to Worldwide Design Engineer (WWDE), Operations, and Construction partners.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience leading the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems, or experience managing teams
- 6+ years of design program management experience
- Experience using one or more of the following technologies (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SolidWorks, CREO, BIM360, SketchUp, KeyShot, etc.) to deliver high quality models and designs
- Experience driving process excellence and productivity improvement initiatives, including Kaizen methodologies
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in software development
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
