Senior Lead Architect
Job Responsibilities
- Represents a product family of technical governance bodies
- Provides feedback and proposes improvements to architecture governance practices
- Leverages enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate architecture analysis and decisioning across the product family, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data
- Guides evaluation of current technology and leads evaluation of new technologies using existing standards and frameworks
- Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors
- Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
- Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
- Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
- Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
- Establishes reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across SDLC/toolchain practices, ensuring traceability/auditability, resiliency, and security controls
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Demonstrated experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within architecture and engineering workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise-grade architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced in one or more programming language(s) and deep expertise in software architecture, applications, and technical processes within one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- Practical cloud native experience
- Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
- Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of Apex programming language, Salesforce Lightning UI/LWC, and integration with external APIs
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Experience with Salesforce certifications
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies & integration with Salesforce
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Understanding of the sales process to better align changes to the CRM platform
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce implementation
