Senior Architect / Project Architect (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join a collaborative, full-service design team working on a diverse range of projects across residential, civic, and commercial sectors. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in client meetings and project coordination
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and permitting processes
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams
• Prepare and oversee production of contract documents
• Support construction administration and project delivery
• Mentor and support junior staff

Requirements

• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
