Position Overview
We are seeking to hire a Senior Architect to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team. This position would be aligned with our offices located in Chicago, IL and New York City, NY. Remote working opportunities are an option for qualified out of state candidates.

- Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
- Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects.
- Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with 18 years of direct experience is required.
- Master's Degree in Architecture with 15 years of direct experience is preferred.
- Must be a Registered/Licensed Architect in the U.S.
- Must possess strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills with experience on complex projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
- Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Candidates must have proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
- Candidates should also possess well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

Pay Range
$118,200 - $147,800 USD
Qualifications
