Senior Architect (Mission Critical)

We are seeking to hire a Senior Architect to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team. This position is aligned with our offices in Chicago, IL and New York City, NY, with remote working opportunities available for qualified out-of-state candidates.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects from concept through completion
- Work directly with firm leaders and clients at some of the world's largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects
- Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that clients' ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with 18 years of direct experience is required
- Master's Degree in Architecture with 15 years of direct experience is preferred
- Must be a Registered/Licensed Architect in the U.S.
- Must possess strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills with experience on complex projects
- Strong leadership skills with experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects
- Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Well-developed organization skills
- Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills

Pay
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Range: $118,200 - $147,800 USD.
Schedule
Our projects are located throughout North America, and some travel is anticipated.
