Senior AR & AP Analyst

About the role

As a Senior AR & AP Analyst at BKX Holdings, LLC in Nashville, TN, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation. You will also collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial integrity and support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoice generation, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations regarding financial transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in financial management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
