Senior and Entry Level Construction Materials Testing Field Technician - Louisville, Kentucky

About the Role

Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc. (“Patriot”) is seeking experienced and entry-level Construction Engineering Technicians to perform soils, concrete, asphalt, and reinforcing steel testing on construction projects. This position is based in our Louisville, Kentucky office and offers growth opportunities for those willing to learn. Responsibilities

• Perform tests and observations in the field on soil, reinforcing steel, concrete, and asphalt.
• Document and report test results; basic experience with MS Excel is required.
• Assist in the lab as needed.

Requirements

• No experience necessary for entry-level roles; training will be provided.
• Experience performing CME field work and certifications (e.g., ACI, ICC, OSHA) will determine pay rate.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• All employment is contingent upon results of a drug screen and background check.

Candidates with ACI or ICC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience (preferred).

Pay

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications).

Schedule

• Full-time, hourly position.
• 10-hour or 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Overtime, occasional weekend, or after-hours work may be required or available.
• On-call and weekends as needed.
