Senior Analyst, Workday Integrations & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead on HR systems integrations and reporting enhancements
• Design and maintain integrations, including EIBs and Core Connectors
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and external providers to support seamless data exchange
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to support HR operations and leadership decisions
• Maintain integration performance and resolve issues to maintain continuity in data flow
• Participate in release management and testing to validate system functionality
• Manage HRIS requests through ServiceNow in a service-oriented manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a similar field; equivalent experience considered
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years focused on Workday integrations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for accurate data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Experience in fast-paced environments and familiarity with change management processes
