Senior Analyst, Workday Integrations

About the role

Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI) is a Fortune 250 leader in global automotive retail, operating more than 250 dealerships and collision centers across the United States and United Kingdom. This position plays a critical role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the Company’s Workday ecosystem through integrations and advanced reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using: Workday Studio Core Connectors (CCW, CCB, PICOF), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations, including file-based, API-based, and middleware-enabled solutions.
• Maintain integration and system documentation, including: Design specifications, Process flows, Data mappings, Configuration documentation.
• Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve failures and system issues.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators as needed.
• Manage multiple priorities and project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 4–7+ years of Workday administration, HRIS, or Workday integration experience along with troubleshooting integration issues.
• Hands-on expertise with: Workday Studio Core Connectors, EIBs, XML, XSLT, and JSON, SOAP and REST APIs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a large, multi-location or global organization.
• Project management or Agile experience.
• Workday Certification(s).
