About the role
The role of Workday Integration Senior Analyst is critical in delivering seamless data integrations between Workday and external systems. This position involves understanding complex business requirements and implementing robust solutions to ensure reliable data exchange.
Responsibilities
- Comprehend and implement data integrations from various systems into Workday, ensuring high-quality data exchanges.
- Identify and resolve intricate business problems related to integrating Workday with external applications in HR and Finance.
- Design, develop, and test integration code using Workday Studio, EIB, and third-party technologies.
- Closely align with client leadership to define and achieve project goals, while proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Work independently or under supervision on various integration projects, often in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of consulting experience or congruent professional experience in HRIS or software development.
- At least 1 year of experience in Workday integration development from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in modern integration technologies such as EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, and middleware.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (at least 4 years), or Associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
- Preferred: Workday Partner Certification or successful completion of relevant certifications.
- Proven ability to design and develop integration solutions for production environments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on problem-solving.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying ideas to project leaders.
Qualifications
- Basic qualifications include a strong background in HRIS and integration technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include advanced certifications and extensive experience in Workday and related technologies.

Pay
Annual salary ranges vary based on location and experience, ranging from $50,800 to $150,400 annually.
Schedule
This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Preferred locations are Nashville, Tennessee, and Dallas, Texas.
