About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Supplier Relationship Management, serves as the primary field-facing resource responsible for planning, coordinating, governing, and measuring Sysco+ supplier-funded activations within an assigned market. This role partners closely with Operating Companies (OpCos), suppliers, sales leadership, Strategic Events, and Sysco+ stakeholders to ensure activations are executed consistently, comply with Sysco+ guidelines, deliver a positive supplier experience, and achieve intended business objectives. The Senior Analyst supports activation execution from planning through post-event reporting and serves as the subject-matter expert for supplier-funded activation activities within their assigned market.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers participating in Sysco+ activations.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support development of activation calendars and annual activation plans.
  • Monitor activation activities for compliance with supplier funding requirements.
  • Identify and address instances of supplier funding requests occurring outside approved Sysco+ processes.
  • Ensure attendance and participation data are captured for all activations.
  • Support ROI measurement and performance analysis.
  • Prepare and communicate activation performance summaries and recommendations.
  • Ensure activations align with Sysco+ objectives and approved funding strategies.
  • Partner with Strategic Events and Sysco+ teams to deliver consistent supplier experience.
  • Support supplier communication and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Strategic Events to plan and execute supplier-funded activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, field marketing, sales operations, program management, customer engagement, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale events, activations, or customer programs.
  • Foodservice industry experience.

Travel

Ability to travel as required within assigned market up to 15% of the time.
