Supplier Relations Analytics Senior Consultant

About the role
Our management consulting team focuses on our clients’ critical business needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and produce client deliverables and presentation material including qualitative and quantitative research design, data gathering, data analysis, data visualizations, and data storytelling to clients, including senior industry executives
- Develop, execute, and analyze surveys and interviews to support client research objectives
- Design and execute exploratory research using internal historical research data and externally available data to support the enrichment of client services including, but not limited to, validation and evolution of Working Relations Index® methodologies, cost benefits of robust commercial relationships, and strategic opportunity and risk identification for clients
- Develop and produce presentation material for public presentations and media requests
- Contribute to practice development proposals, engagement letters, and client relationship-building activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, data analytics, or social research is preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in management consulting or data analytics preferred
- Manufacturing, supply chain, and automotive experience is desired
- Demonstrated proficiency in data storytelling or technical communication to top management
- Some travel throughout the Midwest region, with up to 10% overnight travel
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization application
This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

Pay
The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. The range for this role is $83,000.00 - $126,500.00.
Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group.
