The Senior Analyst, Supplier Contract Management, oversees vendor contracts, ensures compliance, and drives continuous improvement within procurement processes. What you'll do
- Lead analysis and management of supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor contract milestones, track vendor performance, and manage risk through detailed reporting and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize SAP and other tools to maintain accurate contract documentation and support purchase order management.
- Apply problem-solving methodologies to resolve operational issues and support seamless supplier interactions.
- Develop and maintain data management standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.

What you'll bring
- Proven expertise in vendor contract management, including contract types, terms, and compliance enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of procurement policies, bid management, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Experience with project management methodologies, tracking milestones, risks, and change management.
- Ability to analyze and improve business processes using continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
- Proficiency in data management, metadata analysis, and ensuring data consistency across platforms.
- Skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and developing innovative solutions with minimal guidance.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication across cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications
