This position is a critical part of the Foodservice Revenue Growth Management team, supporting customer and category pricing, margin activities, and analytical insights to achieve business goals. The role involves identifying and developing pricing strategies, building sales analytics, and enhancing operational support to facilitate decisions. The Sr. Analyst will collaborate closely with business units and sales teams to align with go-to-market strategies for key portfolio categories, while also providing ad-hoc reports and analysis to support sales initiatives and customer value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly pricing for operator accounts.
  • Create customer and product-specific profit and loss statements for new business opportunities and promotions.
  • Analyze promotional spending from a category and customer perspective.
  • Partner with sales teams to communicate pricing actions, resolve pricing issues, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Enter programs into Vistex to ensure correct customer pricing.
  • Monitor weekly deduction balances and work cross-functionally to reduce balances.
  • Quantify and track trade synergies and spend efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain reports to drive efficiencies across the group.
  • Share best practices with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field (preferred); equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, economics, or other business-related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good presentation abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Vistex, and Blacksmith.

Location & Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site at World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas (local candidates prioritized).
  • Limited travel expected (1–2 trips annually).
  • 1st shift schedule.
