Senior Analyst, Retail Asset Management and Leasing

About the role

Realty Income is seeking a Senior Analyst, Retail Asset Management and Leasing to support portfolio strategy and transaction execution across our retail properties and client relationships. This role evaluates lease renewals, amendments, assignments, subleases, ancillary revenue opportunities, capital requests, and property dispositions. The Senior Analyst independently develops financial, client-credit, property, and market analyses; translates findings into clear recommendations; manages defined transaction workstreams; and supports commercial negotiations under the direction of an Asset Manager. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced real estate professional who combines strong analytical judgment with disciplined execution and confident communication across senior and cross-functional stakeholders. This position is based in our San Diego (Del Mar Heights) headquarters.
