As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a highly motivated leader passionate about creating extraordinary customer experiences. You will manage all aspects of the business, especially product and inventory management in conjunction with the Store Manager, drive sales growth, and coach associates to achieve sales goals. This role is a driving force for new and ongoing sales opportunities, directly impacting our growth and success. Please note this role is for our future New Store Opening in September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales and metric goals
• Drive sales growth
• Coach and develop associates to achieve sales goals
• Manage product and inventory in conjunction with the Store Manager
• Lead the team and set a precedent for performance and quality
• Identify and pursue new and ongoing sales opportunities
• Lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of retail management experience
• Experience in training and managing a team
• Experience in product management (inventory and visual merchandising)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Attention to detail
• Great sense of style

Pay

$20.67–$26.44 per hour
