Senior Analyst-Programmer

This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom and purchased system software, as well as configuring and supporting hardware systems. It involves providing technical expertise, mentoring, and collaborating with department leadership and vendors to ensure optimal system performance. The position includes evaluating and recommending software approaches, updating applications for functionality, and producing detailed documentation. It requires providing technical and project leadership, working independently or within teams, and supporting system issues, including potential 24/7 on-call support. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or an associate's degree with 7 years, including technical expertise in healthcare technology, project management, and communication skills. Preferred Candidates May Hold a Master's Degree. This is a full-time, exempt position based on-site in Southaven, MS, with flexibility for weekend work as needed.
