About the role
The Senior Analyst, Payroll & People Operations is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Support HR initiatives related to employee benefits and compensation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payroll efficiency
- Provide guidance and training to team members on payroll procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll operations or HR
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems
