About the role

The Senior Analyst, Payroll & People Operations is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee benefits and compensation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payroll efficiency
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on payroll procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll operations or HR
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems
