Senior Analyst, Paid Social
About the role
The Senior Analyst will execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns and programs for agency clients, including paid social, auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns. They will also assist the team in driving strategic paid social expertise and developing innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. paid social, auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) both independently and in support of Managers
- Assist the team in driving strategic paid social expertise within the team as well as helping to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives
- Direct and manage the daily workflow of all paid social campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation & maintenance, and post-buy recaps
- Work in collaboration with the Analytics team to create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to agency best practices
- Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
- Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities
- Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
- Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance
- Generate and manage monthly bill/pay and spend reporting
- Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, marketing, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in paid social bid management, paid social campaign development/management/optimization with the use of leading Social platforms (e.g. Meta, Tiktok, Reddit)
- Digital media operations experience preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage data
- Experience with Meta, Tiktok and Reddit Ads platform or 3rd Party API technology
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
