About the Opportunity

The Senior Financial Analyst role is a key financial partnership position within the product finance team. This individual contributor role supports product strategy by delivering detailed financial analyses that guide investment decisions, track performance, and optimize resource allocation. The position plays a critical role in annual planning, KPI reporting, and business case development, directly impacting product performance and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner proactively with product managers and leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting on key product performance indicators, including early risk and opportunity signals.
• Create and update financial models to support business cases for product initiatives.
• Assist in annual planning activities such as budget tracking, variance analysis, and headcount planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or related analytical roles.
• Proficient financial modeling skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Preferred experience in software or payments industries; credit and fraud loss modeling experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented with strong communication skills for financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.

Pay

Salary ranges vary by geographic location, for example, $104,800 to $131,040 USD in the San Francisco Bay Area and $89,100 to $111,400 USD in Utah and other regions.
