Senior Analyst
What's the Job?
Serve as the primary operational execution partner for large, high-volume cloud service provider accounts. Manage day-to-day execution tasks including backlog, forecast updates, purchase order reconciliation, shipment alignment, and inventory positioning. Analyze historical data, customer forecasts, and demand signals to support accurate supply planning and proactive risk management. Develop, maintain, and validate operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure data integrity and support continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, finance, and other teams to resolve execution issues and escalate risks as needed.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics within a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage complex, high-volume datasets effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting cloud, hyperscaler, or large technology customers is preferred.
About the Role
The Senior Analyst will join the Americas Sales Operations – Cloud department supporting large-scale cloud service provider accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Skills
