Senior Analyst - Master Data Digital
Responsibilities
- Perform functions related to the collection, aggregation, consolidation, maintenance, and distribution of data and ensure the integrity of the master data.
- Provide oversight of data and performance, while ensuring the proper procedures are in place for maintaining data integrity.
- Build and maintain an understanding of data flows, sources, and data transformations across multiple data sources.
- Define, develop, and measure data quality analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Effectively analyze the probability and impact of risks identified through root cause analysis and effectively implement mitigation strategies.
- Cook up and train on data quality practices.
- Manage, cleanse, and facilitate customer and supplier information within the industry.
- Document, monitor, and improve processes and controls related to areas of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required/Masters’ Degree preferred- Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role
- Strong analytical background
- Understanding of data, data flows and how data supports various business processes in a supply chain environment
- Understanding of data quality and data risk management, including understanding of standards, methods, processes, tools, and controls
- Self-starter with the ability to seek out new problems and develop solutions, while having strong sense of ownership
- Analytical and data-driven with a knack for driving business decisions through data and analytics
- Self-sufficient and motivated to obtain the skills or knowledge necessary to accomplish complex tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Able to conduct root cause analysis and communicate recommendation to resolve, switch quickly between details and the big picture
- Able to travel 25-50% of the time
Pay
- $74,285 - $96,570 Annually
