Senior Analyst/ Junior Associate - Product Specialist, LatAm

About the role

The team is seeking a professional to support the origination and execution of Project Bonds transactions and, potentially, Project Finance transactions across Latin America (LatAm).

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of Project Bonds transactions.
• Potentially support the origination and execution of Project Finance transactions.
• Analyze complex structures and prepare financial models.
• Support credit and transaction analysis.
• Develop client/marketing presentations and internal approval materials.
• Support the continued growth of the Project Bonds platform and explore potential expansion into Project Finance opportunities in LatAm.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in Project Finance, preferably with exposure to infrastructure and energy transactions.
• Experience in DCM, private placements, or capital markets is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to understand and evaluate complex financing structures.
• Experience preparing high-quality presentations and transaction materials.
• Desirable exposure to DCM, private placements, or institutional investor products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Bilingual English / Spanish profile highly desirable.
• Ability to support origination and execution efforts across LatAm and emerging markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ Years Project Finance, Product Development, Product Management, or related field.
• 1+ Years Financial Services industry experience.
