Product Implementation Analyst, Senior
Your Role
The Product Lifecycle team focus is on the production of legally binding documents for Group Medicare Advantage. The Product Implementation Analyst, Senior will report to the Director. In this role you will implement new or revised products; Identify issues and develop improvements, modifications, and enhancements related to operational workflows. Manage the development of regulated materials. Responsibilities
Your Work In this role, you will:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departmental and business stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of product artifacts.
- Primary focus on Group Medicare Comprehensive understanding of the Group Medicare products
- Consult on work projection and planning efforts to accomplish objectives of all stakeholders
- Be accountable for tracking quality and progress on all work efforts and reporting to management
- Develop and sustain detailed knowledge of all product types and plan designs. Educate others to deepen and expand their knowledge
- Understand and comply with Federal and State regulations, Blue Shield regulatory guidelines, and Blue Shield policies and procedures
- Advise management and legal/compliance team of requirements to finalize regulated materials
- Ability to manage multiple Medicare group timelines
- Accountable to make key decisions to complete regulated materials
Qualifications
- Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
- May have practical knowledge of project management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Track and meet key deliverable dates
- Attention to detail/quality assurance
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience documenting process and procedures
Hybrid Workplace Model
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week. Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.

Pay Range
- California: $90,900.00 to $136,300.00
- Bay Area: $102,400.00 to $153,600.00
