About the Opportunity

The Senior Analyst, Inventory Control is responsible for managing inventory control processes and supply chain analytics that support daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports operational reporting, and leads continuous improvement efforts to strengthen supply chain performance and effective inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse transaction management and inventory performance to ensure inventory accuracy and effective order-to-cash processes.
  • Synchronize internal inventory records with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse data, identify discrepancies, and lead corrective actions.
  • Manage inventory controls, monitor performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage inbound purchase orders, ensuring timely receipt and accurate processing within Oracle systems.
  • Reconcile inventory transactions between 3PL providers and internal systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate warehouse shipment confirmations.
  • Manage inventory reconciliation between open-stock master cases and display-ready cases.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, and Distribution teams to establish and implement inventory controls.
  • Liaise with 3PL providers to ensure compliance with operational and inventory requirements.
  • Own and maintain critical reports that support cross-functional teams and business decision-making.
  • Manage three-way invoice match exceptions in partnership with Accounts Payable and co-manufacturers.
  • Co-lead traceability activities and implement process improvements related to quality and food safety as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods, food manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Experience using AI and Microsoft Copilot tools to improve productivity and generate business insights.

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $78,600 to $102,200 per year.
