Senior Inventory Control Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Control Coordinator oversees inventory management activities within assigned areas of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, ensuring the efficient flow of supplies to support clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts inventory audits
• Maintains appropriate storeroom inventory levels
• Supports receiving and staging for large facility projects
• Collaborates with supply chain leadership to drive data-informed decisions
• Resolves complex supply-related issues
• Analyzes inventory data
• Develops reports and queries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Four (4) years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, or a related healthcare environment
• Experience with inventory control, replenishment processes, data analysis, and problem-solving
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
