Senior Analyst – Global Inventory Operations (Onsite)

Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory reconciliation between Stryker ERP and relevant 3PL WMS system(s).
- Troubleshoot and resolve inventory variances.
- Perform cycle counting and support other inventory control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate stock levels across systems.
- Work with distribution operations, IT, and finance to establish best practices for inventory variance measurement, monitoring, and correction globally.
- Establish processes with IT for monitoring daily transactions between WMS and ERP (e.g., NetSuite) to identify and track transaction fallout rates.
- Support lead/lag metrics for measuring inventory accuracy at operational and executive levels.
- Contribute to a roadmap for deploying best practices across the global distribution network, including training and defining compliance measurement methods.
- Oversee the inventory cycle count process to ensure physical counts meet internal and contractual requirements and adjustments are systematically reflected.
- Identify expired, damaged, and obsolete inventory levels and drive appropriate processes with finance and operations partners.
- Track key metrics: inventory accuracy, total inventory adjustments, trends for damaged, expired, obsolete, and reserved inventory levels.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of work instructions and processes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory adjustments and ensure trackers remain current and accurate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, distribution, or transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite experience.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management or cycle counting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Project management experience.
Pay
Annual pay range: $64,400 – $94,400 USD.
