Senior Analyst - Onsite Inventory Management

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory for stock sites
• Work with authorized government representatives to compose the order
• Obtain Government authorization for the order
• Notify stock sites of unavailable materiel within two hours of order authorization
• Restock materiel to stock sites within 24 hours of order receipt (on business days)
• Provide priced packing lists to the COR or AGR prior to restocking

Requirements

• Apply working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
• Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity
• Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and take actions to resolve
• Apply judgment within defined parameters

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience, preferred
• 3-5 years experience in inventory management, project management, supply technician, or data and administration in a healthcare setting, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferred
