About the role
This position provides financial support and analytics to the US Tissue Reconstruction (TR) division. Analyses include revenue and expense results and forecasts—such as the annual budget and strategic plans—as well as ongoing revenue trend, pricing, and volume analysis. The senior analyst will play a significant role in analyzing and reporting monthly and quarterly results, with additional detailed analyses required on an ad hoc basis.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to assist in preparation of the revenue and Standard COGS forecast, including scenario planning and insight generation on revenue and Standard Margin trends.
- Partner with accounting to build out a forecast for Non-Standard COGS, including Excess and Obsolescence and Scrap.
- Calculate run rates and identify trends in the business.
- Provide financial support to evaluate the annual budget, long-term strategic business plan, and periodic forecasting processes.
- Perform actual vs. forecast variance analysis; partner with department leads to manage spend within budget.
- Support financial reporting and analytics using automation, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Participate in the development and preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business financial review packages for various levels of management, including the CEO and CFO.
- Build strong reporting relationships with business partners at all CSS locations to improve communication and understanding of the business.
- Assist with the overall achievement of the division’s and company’s financial targets.
- Work closely with the corporate accounting team to support the monthly close process.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA, CMA, and/or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or accounting roles, preferably in FP&A.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC, or OneStream is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI, COGNOS, and Oracle is a plus.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ. The hybrid schedule requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Pay
Salary range: $81,650.00 – $112,700.00 USD. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, or other variable compensation.
