What You'll Do

  • Strategic Initiative Support: Provide project management and analytical support for a variety of transformation workstreams, ensuring all deliverables align with the Ford+ strategy.
  • Digital Ecosystem Management: Build and optimize the transformation’s digital collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) to ensure seamless global communication and information flow.
  • Transformation Storytelling: Create high-impact presentations and visual assets that simplify complex transformation concepts for a global audience.
  • Process Optimization (Lean): Apply Lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement standardized, "waste-free" digital solutions.
  • Data Prep & Insights: Support tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), turning raw transformation data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., HR, GDIA) to ensure the smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and frameworks.
  • Flexible Execution: Flexible support within the transformation office, supporting high-priority and evolving projects with a high degree of initiative.
  • Global Delivery Coordination: Interface with remote delivery partners to ensure that centralized tasks (such as data tracking or content development) meet the team’s standards for quality and speed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven experience in project coordination, data analysis, or digital enablement within a large-scale organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital Fluency: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, MS Teams, Viva Engage, and PowerPoint) to drive global collaboration and transparency.
  • Leverage Lean Mindset: Demonstrated understanding of Lean principles (e.g., Continuous Improvement, Waste Elimination) and a passion for applying them to complex workflows.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, track milestones, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bias for Action: A high-energy self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and proactively identifies ways to add value in an evolving environment.
  • Data Storytelling: Ability to ingest raw data and translate it into compelling, executive-ready visual narratives and reports.
  • Global Coordination: Comfort working across different geographies and cultures, including remote delivery teams.

Pay

This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

Schedule

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
