Primary Job Functions
- Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership and the parent company.
- Support reporting across GAAP, Statutory, IFRS, and K‑ICS frameworks.
- Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Improve reporting processes, automate recurring deliverables, and strengthen financial controls.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Premium Operations, and Actuarial teams to meet reporting needs.
- Document reporting processes, data definitions, and validation rules; support audit requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial analysis, reconciliation, and data validation skills.
- Experience with Oracle Financials, financial datasets, and BI tools (Power BI or Oracle OAC).
- Advanced SQL preferred; strong Excel required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, analytics or related field.
- 2-6 years in financial reporting, FP&A, public accounting, or finance transformation.
- CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
- Insurance industry experience and Korean language skills are a plus.
