Senior Analyst Finance (Prepared)

This role will be a member of the Prepared Foods Supply Chain FP&A team, focused on providing financial support and analysis primarily surrounding Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting.
• Support the 18-month rolling COGS forecast.
• Responsible for monthly analysis of manufacturing variances and COGS bridges.
• Assist with the ongoing implementation of the Prepared Foods Anaplan Planning and Bridging models.
• Support the annual operating plan and any strategic plans.
• Analyze costs of manufactured products for commodity changes.
• Support and validate cost changes.
• Communicate cost changes to procurement and the business units.
• Assist in ad hoc requests and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 3+ years of Finance and/or Cost Accounting experience.
• Proven success in roles requiring strong analytical and systems skills.
• Mindset focused on continuous improvement, with the ability to troubleshoot and take corrective actions to streamline internal processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel, including experience working with large data sets and managing financial models.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Familiarity with financial planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan or AFE.
