Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Field Service Operations will manage operational aspects of the field service organization ensuring consistent execution, the building of a scalable business model, and mutual accountability for all parties. Activities could include support and ownership in areas such as fleet management, storage facility management, tools/calibrated equipment management, etc.

What you will do:

  • Cook up and oversee the implementation of onboarding and offboarding processes, including tools and equipment management.
  • Develop and track metrics for process effectiveness and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement in field service operations.
  • Evaluate third-party vendor performance based on contracts and metrics, including those related to tools, calibrated equipment, and storage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in service delivery, fleet operations, and equipment management.
  • Maintain and develop metrics for the effectiveness of tool storage and calibration, ensuring performance targets and operational efficiency are met.
  • Enhance processes related to third-party suppliers, tools, and equipment management for better efficiency and quality.
  • Create and maintain vendor agreements for field service and equipment management.
  • Spot new opportunities based on customer insights and field service feedback.

What you need:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree required, minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.
  • PREFERRED: Experience managing inventories, warehouses, and calibration processes, vendor management experience, and demonstrated experience collaborating with internal stakeholders in a large matrixed organization.

Pay Range

USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
