Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc. (JJHCS), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Payments to support the Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) team in Raritan, NJ.

About the role

The Enterprise Payments Senior Analyst will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant calculation and processing of rebates, administrative fees, and other payments in accordance with contractual obligations to Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), Distributors, acute care hospitals, and surgery centers throughout North America on behalf of multiple J&J companies. This role involves reviewing payments calculated by assigned analysts and addressing tactical and strategic payment processes to align with applicable Guidance Documents, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular communication, coaching, feedback, and payment or system-related guidance to Enterprise Payments team members.
  • Operate in a deadline-driven environment with direct customer interaction.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric focus by communicating effectively with internal/external business partners, troubleshooting issues of varying complexity, and following up where needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and projects to drive operational efficiencies and increase team effectiveness.
  • Develop user requirements and perform business/user testing for system changes, new business transitions, and new payment strategies.
  • Develop, run, and analyze required and ad-hoc payment reports for customers, the field sales organization, and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data, conduct impact and trending analysis, and summarize results for recommendation.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively consolidate and present information to business partners and management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business experience in Contracting, Audit, Finance, or a related area, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Solid understanding of all phases of the contract continuum and business processes.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners and to influence and collaborate.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail, to effectively manage conflicting priorities, due dates, and results.
  • Project management skills/experience.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position based in Raritan, NJ, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week remote.

Pay

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $79,000.00 - $127,650.00.

  • Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents, 56 hours for Washington residents)
