About the Role

Pratt & Whitney’s Military Engines Earned Value Analysis & Reporting (EVA&R) organization is seeking a self-motivated and disciplined Senior Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Program Management Office and Engineering teams, providing guidance and analysis in Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis for Military Engines Programs. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of the F135 program management team, delivering analysis and recommendations using Earned Value tools and methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes by coordinating with and guiding technical teams as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks.
  • Provide project management guidance to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines.
  • Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis related to task budgeting and program performance.
  • Actively support program EAC (Estimate-at-Completion) reviews and Monthly Program Review preparation activities.
  • Facilitate monthly data reconciliation to compile compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager for external customer delivery.
  • Support ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Review).
  • Maintain strict attention to detail and a focus on internal and external customer satisfaction to meet the demands of military compliance programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience; or an Advanced Degree.
  • U.S. citizenship (required for access to restricted systems/tools).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with 2+ years of analytical and trending skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Earned Value experience and analytical problem-solving skills, with knowledge of program management tools (e.g., SAP, Primavera, WebEVM, Empower).
  • General understanding of continuous improvement principles.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, professional demeanor, and effectiveness working across teams.
  • Ability to execute under pressure in a dynamic environment, focusing on results to drive tasks to completion.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $68,900 – $131,100 USD. The range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
