Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics
About the role
Asurion is seeking a curious, performance-driven Senior Analyst of Digital Analytics to join the marketing organization. This role will provide analytical and data support to digital growth initiatives led by the marketing and partner teams in a B2B2C sales model. You'll work on a technically sophisticated team, partnering closely with stakeholders to turn data into clear, compelling narratives that drive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for standard and ad-hoc reporting on performance of digital marketing, organic, email, web properties, and voice/chat channels.
- Support ad-hoc and exploratory analyses of key partner initiatives, tests, and emerging growth opportunities, helping to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Produce succinct reports highlighting results and key insights of digital programs using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and Excel.
- Help define KPIs and develop requirements for measurement planning, tagging, and sourcing digital data across platforms, including web analytics, DSPs, websites/apps, etc.
- Help evolve measurement and attribution approach, triangulating performance across client platform data and internal data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner teams to ensure we can define and effectively measure customer and business success to effect positive change.
- Stay up to date with AI technology, effectively leveraging LLMs, automation, and alerting to improve productivity and enhance insights generation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in digital data analysis, marketing analytics, and digital funnel measurement.
- BA/BS in data analytics, information systems, internet technologies, marketing, business, or a related field preferred; relevant data/analytics certifications and/or equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong technical fluency in analytics tools and methods, primarily SQL, and experience with Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
- Experience working with Amazon data through platforms such as Amazon Ads or Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred.
- Experience measuring digital funnel, cross-channel attribution, and initiative performance via web analytics platforms (Google/Adobe Analytics); digital A/B testing experience preferred.
- Experience working with subscription model performance analytics preferred.
- Experience working with customer segmentation or audience data is a plus.
