Digital Analytics Senior Analyst

Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain web analytics data and reporting for our digital platforms.
- Deliver weekly reporting and insights to leadership.
- Conduct deep dives and analysis on trends and recommend optimizations to improve website performance.
- Partner with the Paid Digital, Email/Direct Mail, and Analytics teams to provide insights that enhance marketing initiatives, campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Optimize Adobe Analytics implementations across our websites and platforms to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Experience with quantitative analysis and communicating web analytics to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL coding is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
- A keen attention to detail, a self-starter mindset with minimal supervision required.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required for the BHG All Oars Experience and other team on-site activities.
