Responsibilities
- Execute, manage, and optimize all digital media campaigns and programs for agency clients, including platform media buying as well as direct-to-publisher programs, both independently and in support of Managers
- Aid in the development of program strategies and analyses for clients (e.g., audience targeting, budget breakouts, flighting and tactical choices)
- Maintain a level of quality assurance and accountability for delivering campaigns and executions with precision
- Ensure that media deliverables meet and align with client goals and objectives
- Provide creative solutions to client challenges
- Oversight of Analysts and supporting their growth and professional development
- Understand big picture implications and how insights can be applied in other programs and environments
- Foster relationship with internal team
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures for campaign implementations
- Understand and effectively communicate our value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts
- Adopt established account management standards and program management best practices
- Participate in regular sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
- Act as a strategic partner to any off-shore resources – ensure closely aligned on all tasks and partner to share analyst responsibilities
- Assist in the development and documentation of best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team and the group
- Support Manager in monthly, QBR, MMM reporting deliverables
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of digital media experience, 1+ years of SEM/RMN/Shopper Marketing experience
- Hands on keyboard experience building and launching search campaigns as self-service on AMZ or WMC
- Strong familiarity with the digital environment and a clear understanding of media planning and buying process (Walmart, Amazon, Sam’s Club search experience preferred)
- Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
- Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent client presence and ability to lead discussions with internal and external leadership
- Strong ability to understand client objectives and how they translate into search and media strategies
- Excellent communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to others
- Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas
- CPG experience a plus
- Enterprise level client work a plus
