About the Role

Digitas’ world-class Precision team is responsible for all digital media activation in an increasingly addressable and shoppable world, including display, video, mobile, and native ad formats. We’re looking for a Sr Analyst with Amazon-specific experience to actively drive performance for one of the largest brands on the planet. This role involves campaign management, optimization, client engagement, and team leadership within the Omni/Shopper team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client interactions.
  • Execute, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns, including platform media buying and direct-to-publisher programs, both independently and in support of Managers.
  • Assist in developing program strategies and analyses (e.g., keyword recommendations, day-parting, timing/scheduling) and translate these into final media recommendations.
  • Lead retailer and vendor RFPs, focusing on audience targeting strategy and best practices.
  • Handle in-platform campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.
  • Maintain quality assurance and accountability for delivering campaigns aligned with client goals.
  • Oversee performance forecasts, budget allocations, and provide data-based rationale for recommendations.
  • Provide creative solutions to client challenges and direct oversight of Analysts, supporting their growth and professional development.
  • Understand big-picture implications and apply insights across programs and environments.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams (Media, S&A, and other capabilities) and external stakeholders while managing multiple client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures for campaign implementations.
  • Communicate Digitas’ value proposition, technology, and processes to grow current and prospective accounts.
  • Adopt account management standards and program management best practices.
  • Participate in sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to offshore resources, ensuring alignment on tasks and shared responsibilities.
  • Assist in documenting best practices for team communication and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share highlights with the team.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting requests as they arise.

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing search and display campaigns across retailers and retail media networks (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, Target, Ahold, Costco, HyVee, Meijer).
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, documentation, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation.
  • Ability to identify and implement optimizations, build client decks, and present digital media plans in client meetings.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues with publishers/platforms and finding solutions.
  • Leadership skills to guide, train, and manage Analysts.
  • Strong analytical skills and a drive to leverage knowledge for campaign success.

Pay

Compensation range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $91,350.00 annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
