About the Opportunity
The Senior Analyst, Client Insights will play a critical role in leveraging data to support merchant partners and internal teams. This position bridges analytics with sales, product, strategy, and merchant success to create models, reports, and insights that directly influence sales outcomes and merchant retention. The role is central to advancing AI-driven post-purchase solutions and requires a detail-oriented individual skilled at transforming data into actionable business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Act as the analytical link between Sales and merchants, developing business cases, pricing models, and financial narratives.
- Collaborate with Merchant Success to produce ROI analyses that support expansion and renewals.
- Engage with merchants to identify reporting needs and deliver dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze product data to inform product enhancements and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally with Risk and Data teams to support fraud analysis and communicate findings to merchants.
Requirements
- 4-7 years experience in business analytics, intelligence, or TAM roles.
- Knowledge of consumer brands, ecommerce, and industry metrics, with experience influencing business decisions.
- Proven ability to work across teams to enhance business and product outcomes.
- Proficiency with SQL and querying large datasets.
- Experience using Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Tableau.
- Understanding of AI applications for process and efficiency improvements.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter attitude with independent problem-solving abilities.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Expected pay range: $124,000 - $145,000 per year salaried.
