Senior Analyst, Care

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Analyst, Care to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. In this remote role, you will help shape analytics that support care-related operations and business decision-making across a fast-paced marketplace environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, uncover growth opportunities, and translate complex data into clear recommendations. The work will center on predictive analysis, dashboarding, and data quality, with opportunities to apply AI to streamline analytical workflows and mentor peers. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000+ annually Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build relationships and align on project scope. Analyze changes in network trends to identify growth opportunities. Leverage advanced modeling skills to generate predictive and prescriptive insights. Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear narratives and visualizations. Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and explore solutions for near real-time analytics. Follow best practices for data validation and quality assurance. Seek out opportunities to leverage AI to streamline analytical workstreams. Proactively document and share insights with peers, mentoring junior team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or related field. Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R. Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Demonstrated ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
