About the role
We are looking for a data-savvy analyst to drive monetization and expansion strategy through rigorous analytics, predictive modeling, and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the analytics framework for tracking ARPU, product attach rates, and transactional volume across our core expansion suite (Insurance, Payments, AI Notetaker, CareAid, Erx).
- Partner with Growth and Product teams to analyze multi-product adoption funnels, identifying friction points and white-space opportunities to trigger timely cross-sell interventions.
- Operationalize Predictive Models: Partner with Data Science to implement and test monetization-focused outputs—such as propensity-to-buy models, Churn risk indicators for high-value users, and Next Best Action (NBA) upgrade frameworks.
- Lead the design, execution, and statistical analysis of A/B tests covering pricing adjustments, packaging bundles, and in-app premium feature trials (e.g., AI Notetaker rollouts) to optimize conversion and expansion MRR.
- Actively use and experiment with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, n8n) to automate insights, build agentic workflows, and maintain a "developer-lite" approach to data tasks.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for expansion data quality, ensuring complex transactional data streams (e.g., fintech/payment processing and insurance claims data) and product event logs map accurately to our data warehouse.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis, with a heavy emphasis on monetization analytics, pricing/packaging strategy, financial technology (Fintech) metrics, or product-led growth (PLG) in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level SQL and Python skills, with extensive hands-on experience building modular transformations using Snowflake and DBT.
- Deep experience using Mixpanel to study behavioral user cohorts and conversion funnels, combined with a strong understanding of usage-based or transactional business models.
- Comfortable using Git/GitHub and modern AI-coding environments (e.g., Cursor) to write production-adjacent Python code and automate complex analytical data pipelines.
- Early adopter of AI tools with experience leveraging LLMs and automation platforms to dramatically accelerate analytical throughput.
- Strong background in experimental design, causal inference models, and evaluating the long-term impact of changes on LTV, gross margin, and retention.
Nice to have
- Background working with digital payments, insurance claims processing systems, or AI feature consumption metrics.
- Experience building or maintaining "Expansion Propensity Scores" to predict when a customer is ready for premium feature upgrades.
Benefits
- Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays
- Mental health resources
- Paid parental leave & Backup Care
- Tuition reimbursement
- Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Pay
Base compensation range: $100,000 USD - $125,000 USD. Some roles may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission and overtime pay.
