Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to high-priority reporting initiatives supporting enterprise-wide and executive leadership needs, with a strong emphasis on demonstrating Marketing's influence on institutional demand.
  • Aid in implementing our enterprise measurement framework, including guiding teams to properly define, document, and track initiatives in alignment with established standards.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate performance across multiple areas of work using dashboards, presentations, and other reporting tools.
  • Partner with Analytics, IT, and Marketing teams to develop, enhance, scale, and oversee the Business Intelligence environment.
  • Work closely with internal teams as well as external agencies and vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality Marketing Analytics perspective is applied.
  • Advocate for and support a blended “centralized and self-service” analytics approach within M&C by enabling and coaching stakeholders as solutions are developed.
  • Oversee workspace administration, data refresh cycles, and data pipeline development while driving continuous improvements in processing efficiency, including automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of data taxonomy, workflows, and the technical foundation supporting analytics across the organization.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Marketing Analytics or similar role.
  • Proven experience managing Analytics Operations, including project coordination, data stewardship, and workflow/process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Airtable or comparable platforms used for task management and process design.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with downstream tools such as business intelligence platforms. Experience with Power BI, Databricks, dbt, and/or Atlan is highly valued.
  • Strong ability to interpret data within a business context and translate insights into meaningful analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, understandable messaging.
  • A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with a focus on continuously elevating both outputs and ways of working.

Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred

  • Completion of intensive certificate programs in relevant subject areas.
