Job Overview

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking an experienced and analytical storyteller to join its Insights & Analytics Team. The Insights & Analytics team provides strategic, consultative guidance to drive growth across emerging brands. Key responsibilities include optimizing trademark performance, improving operational execution, and evaluating shopper engagement.

What You Will Do

• Leverage data resources and insights to build stories contributing to revenue growth and strategic objectives
• Conduct analyses to uncover hard-to-find opportunities
• Assist in developing fully integrated consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights and trends
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain performance management routines
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to connect business opportunities and develop solutions
• Develop a system of reporting and score-carding that delivers sales performance and operation metrics
• Be fully integrated with Walmart business workflows, participating in internal meetings and projects
• Bring a storytelling mindset, elevating insights beyond “what happened” to “why it matters” and “what should we do next”

Total Rewards

• Salary range: $76,400 - $110,000
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of business experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with a focus on sales performance and operational analytics
• Prior experience with Walmart / Sam’s Club buying teams highly valued
• Syndicated data knowledge (ex. Circana and/or Nielsen), experience in space planning software (ex. JDA), and Panel data experience (ex. Numerator) highly valued
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link & Scintilla is highly valued
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, presentation and follow-through
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
