Responsibilities
- Work closely across the media planning and brand strategy teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies / approaches that match back to campaign and brand goals and to communicate that based on client needs.
- Communicate concise data points, trends, and measurement strategies to a broad audience - from development and technical experts to traditional brand managers.
- Drive innovation by developing new analytical approaches, optimizing data workflows, and designing scalable data structures to improve process efficiency and insight generation.
- Build robust data visualizations and interactive dashboards that are capable of delivering information in an intelligent and digestible manner.
- Analyze information to bring forward insights, results, and suggest optimizations to improve said results.
- Manage client expectations successfully and present key findings throughout the engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications.
- Proficiency in ad-serving, ad verification and site analytics platforms such as DCM, Innovid, Extreme Reach, IAS, Double Verify, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with concepts of database design and SQL.
- Exposure to mobile, social, tablet measurement platforms and methodology.
- Proven skills in analytical and strategic thinking, project management, presenting, and communication.
- Understanding of role of multi-touch attribution and other advanced analytics in media evaluation.
- Experience with syndicated research sources/tools (Gfk, MRI, Simmons, Scarborough, IMS, Nielsen, comScore).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Thought leadership on all aspects of digital advertising, digital media strategy and standard media measurement.
- Experience managing and coordinating efforts across various teams/offices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey and package complex technical ideas to multiple audiences.
