About the role
RS&H is seeking an Senior Airfield Electrical Engineer to join our Aviation Practice in our Denver office. RS&H is passionate about aviation and designs and manages a wide variety of electrical projects at airports throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions for airfield projects
- Prepare design drawings for airfield lighting systems, FAA navigational aid systems, and communication systems
- Coordinate and work closely with other engineers to develop specifications, reports, and cost estimates
- Lead, develop, and deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Initiate and maintain client contact
- Aid the team in winning project work
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering design and consulting experience in the aviation industry
- Experience working with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Registered PE license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
Typical salary range for this position in Denver is $135,00 - $175,000 and commensurate with experience relative to the position. An Equal Opportunity Employer.
