Senior AI/ML Engineer, Autonomy Build Platform

Responsibilities

• Design and implement improvements to Python development workflows
• Collaborate with engineers to support development processes
• Own and drive technical projects from ideation to production
• Lead cross-team initiatives with various stakeholders
• Contribute to planning, code reviews, and design discussions
• Develop impactful projects for the team's roadmap
• Promote software engineering best practices and create supportive tools
• Mentor fellow engineers on technical and process skills
• Conduct technical interviews and contribute to recruitment efforts
• Foster a positive team culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale, cross-team initiatives
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with developer tooling, Python, and Docker
• Proven project leadership across multiple teams
• Strong attention to detail and a drive to improve systems
• Understanding of technology tradeoffs' business impact
• Passionate about self-driving technology
