Senior AI Consultant – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Healthcare & Life Sciences to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives for global pharmaceutical organizations. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to deliver innovative AI, advanced analytics, and digital health solutions that improve business performance and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI and analytics programs across Clinical, R&D, and Real World Data initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, data science, and engineering teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Drive GenAI, Machine Learning, and Cloud-based transformation programs.
• Develop client presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
• Build strong executive stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
• Mentor teams and contribute to business growth and practice development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leading enterprise healthcare or pharmaceutical transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
