Senior Agile Business Analyst - Loan IQ (contract)

About the role

Senior Agile Business Analyst - Loan IQ position located at 401 W Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX with an alternate location at 550 S Brevard St, Charlotte, NC. The contract duration is 18 months, W2 work engagement, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Business Analyst with deep Loan IQ product expertise to support key onboarding, migration, and integration initiatives within a complex lending technology environment. This role requires a strong techno-functional professional who can bridge business and technology teams while driving requirements, solution design, and delivery in an Agile framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working directly in the Loan IQ platform, including processing transactions, managing production support tickets, and supporting large-scale implementations or migrations. Experience integrating Loan IQ with upstream origination systems and other enterprise platforms is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to define and document requirements for Loan IQ-related initiatives
• Support onboarding efforts and integration activities between Loan IQ and upstream lending/origination platforms
• Analyze business processes and recommend system solutions that improve efficiency and scalability
• Work closely with development teams to support API integrations and system enhancements
• Conduct data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting using SQL queries
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation
• Support data migration and conversion efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams
• Assist with testing, defect resolution, and production support activities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data Analysis, Business Systems Design, or Business Analysis experience
• Strong hands-on experience with the Loan IQ platform
• Proven experience performing Loan IQ transactions and resolving operational or production support tickets
• Agile Business Analyst experience supporting technology and product delivery teams
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technology solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testing teams
• Experience supporting Loan IQ onboarding initiatives
• Knowledge of integrations between Loan IQ and origination systems
• Experience with data conversion and migration projects
• Techno-functional expertise across business processes and system architecture
• API integration experience, including requirements analysis and testing support
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development
